In September 2016, Deputy Assistant Administrator for the EPA Office of Water,  Joel Beauvais, released the memo, Renewed Call to Action to Reduce Nutrients Pollution and Support for Incremental Actions to Protect Water Quality and Public Health. 

This memo is a follow-up to the 2011 Nancy Stoner Memo on nutrients.
