The draft Drinking Water Infrastructure Act of 2020 would amend and reauthorize programs under the Safe Drinking Water Act to provide resources and technical assistance to communities and includes $300 million for emerging contaminants, with a focus on PFAS, within the Drinking Water State Revolving Loan Fund for fiscal years 2021 through 2024.
