ACWA Comments to “Updated Definition of ‘Waters of the United States'”, Supplemental Notice of Proposed Rulemaking

On October 9, ACWA submitted comments to the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency and Department of the Army Civil Works in response to the agencies’ Supplemental Notice of Proposed Rulemaking, Updated Definition of “Waters of the United States.”
