This document compiles questions asked by EPA in the proposed rule redefining Waters of the United States. In the proposed rule, EPA poses the questions after each section which discusses various definitions, terms, concepts, etc. The purpose of this document is to provide an easy-to-reference list of those questions for ACWA members and their states as they consider commenting on the rule.
