Green Stormwater Infrastructure (GSI) near Downtown Santa Fe
The City of Santa Fe encourages the use of green stormwater
infrastructure (GSI) to treat stormwater runoff as a resource,
infiltrating rainfall as close to the source as possible. The River &
Watershed Section partners with the City’s Sustainability Division
to enhance sustainable water use and build resilience to a
changing climate characterized by more intense, less frequent
precipitation.
This tour booklet shows two walking tour routes to view GSI in
downtown Santa Fe, starting from the Eldorado Hotel.
