This memorandum announces the availability of reallotted federal fiscal year (FY) 2022 Bipartisan
Infrastructure Law (BIL) Clean Water State Revolving Fund (CWSRF) dollars. These funds originated
from BIL (P.L. 117-58), also known as the “Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act of 2021” (IIJA). This
action makes critical additional emerging contaminant funds available to states across the nation.
